In 2020 Ceyhun was picked to take part in Survivor Turkey .

He proved that there is no age does not have to limit fitness, and performed amazingly well. Even though he didn’t come first, he was a winner in our eyes. His performance was outstanding and he remained calm and measured throughout. He was very much loved in the Dominican Republic .

In taking part he showed the Turkish community that even as a grieving father he still continues to keep positive, and share the message of his precious daughter Tanyel. 

We are all so proud of him . 

We thank Acun ilaci and Acun media team for believing in him .

Due to the Covid pandemic we were unable to visit our children and their families in the Turkish Republic Of Northern Cyprus for Christmas and new year . With the help of Kemal Saracoglu we were able to keep some smiles by arranging vouchers for 65 children to purchase gifts.

This year Tanyel’s smile stretched all the way to Sydney Australia, Blackmores Sydney Marathon to help children with cancer.

It was absolutely awesome experience running through Sydney, starting at the famous Harbour Bridge and finishing at Sydney Opera House. A massive thanks to our family in Oz, Seval Aysel and Deniz, and to you all for your support and generous donations together we have reached just under £1,000.

Today is the day! My first organised event for a very special girl, my beautiful cousin .. my little sister.. my best friend.

We have raised over £1,000 for a special charity, which will give more smiles to children and their families with cancer in Northern Cyprus. I loved every minute and the effort that I’ve spent for planning, arranging, designing, and preparing for this organisation.

I’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone at @helvaderelondon for supporting us and making this event extra special, and a big thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate with us.

What an amazing and rewarding job @gulayuzunx and @ceyhunjay are doing in memory of Tanyel, supporting other children and their families going through trauma of cancer. A massive thanks to Helvadere and their staff for organising this event they were absolutely brilliant food was so tasty also massive thanks to the Julie Lodge @ Pavilion for proving lovely flowers for our prize.

Our World Record Breaking Thunderbirds team has made the news here and in Cyprus…

Yesterday we had a great day meeting up with and sharing a special day with the children and their families undergoing treatment for childhood cancer. Our first stop was something to eat at Ezic restaurant and then the kids had the chance to pick a new pair of trainers.

A massive thank you to Ritvan and his staff at Ezic, to övgü at Kemal Saracoglu and to Ali basman and his sales team at Nike Basman. Also, special thanks and condolences go to Ada’s mum and dad, Guluzar and Murat, our bereaved parents.

Thank you so much to everyone who has made this possible and continues to support us. We continue to smile for Tanyel because you were a very special kindhearted young lady . You continue to make mummy and daddy so proud/

Tanyel’s smile stretches to kyrenia for the Cyprus 21km half marathon in 26 centigrade heatwave.

The marathon was for a great cause helping  “SOS ” Orphaned and Abandoned Children in Cyprus . Cey finished in a fabulous 37th place .

Skydiving is something which Tanyel always wanted to try however never got the chance to do it. It’s a perfect way to remember Tanyel, celebrate her birthday, and raise money for a great cause.
